The service
infomo.fun is a public leaderboard where rankings are based on verified INR bids. A successful payment buys placement (or a raise) according to the Rules — not a guaranteed number of clicks, installs, or sales.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You must have the right to promote the website or app you list.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the link and for any content people reach through it.
Payments & ranking
- Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR.
- Listings appear only after payment verification succeeds.
- Ranks change when others bid more. Being outranked does not create a refund right.
- Refunds are limited as described on the Refunds page.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Rules. Prohibited listings include chat/invite links, NSFW content, gambling/betting, link shorteners, and anything illegal or abusive. We may refuse, hide, or remove listings and restrict access that breaks these Terms.
No guarantees
The board is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uptime, traffic volume, conversion, or any business outcome from a ranking. We may change features, pause the service, or update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability for a claim related to a bid is limited to the amount you paid for that specific bid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or lost opportunity).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
